I invented this recipe when suddenly my husband’s friends decided to visit our home with kids  and I have to decide on an appetizer instantly.This recipe is very easy and simple.only thing you need to have a mixture grinder at home.No need for marination…nothing.Only grind and fry

    Main Ingredient

  1. Boneless chicken (450 gms)
  2. Green chillies(2 to 4) depending on how much spicy you want
  3. Red chilly flakes or 1 tsp of red chilly powder
  4. Garlic (10 to 12 flakes)
  5. Ginger (1.5 inch)
  6. Coriander leves (a bunch chopped with stalks)
  7. Garam masala(1 tsp)
  8. Salt (as per taste)

     Ingredients for frying
  • Onions (2 finely chopped)
  • 2 cups of sunflower oil
  • Egg(2)


  1. Grind the Boneless chicken pieces with all the main ingredients.
  2. Add the chopped onions to it and mix
  3. Make small balls
  4. Beat the eggs separately with a pinch of salt
  5. Heat oil in a kadai or wok
  6. Dip the chicken balls in beaten egg and fry in the oil(slow heat till chicken gets cooked)
  7. Alternatively you can bake it in preheated oven
  8. (oven should be preheated for 5 mins at 200 degree celcius)
  9.  for 20 mins at 150 degree celcius.
  10. Decorate with chopped onions and tomatos
  11. Serve hot
