Marinate the chicken for around 1 hour with lemon juice and garlic paste.
Broil or grill the chicken with the marinade.Shred the chicken into thin strips once it cools down
Heat oil in the wok.
Add some onions and tomato and fry for a few minutes
Add red chilli powder and soya sauce and saute.
Add the boneless chicken pieces and fry till oil leaves the sides of the pan.
Add the beaten egg and stir vigorously.
Then add the remaining chopped onions and green chillies.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with tortillas and parathas.
