Strawberry cupcakes
Cupcakes were full of flavor from the homemade strawberry syrup and stuffed with poached strawberries in rum

heat the strawberry with water and sugar for about 5 minutes.

add 2 tbsp of rum or red wine.

Strain the strawberry syrup.

strain 2 cups of flour and baking powder and mix.

whisk egg yolk,vanilla and oil together.

Add 1 cup of the strawberry syrup

Add 1/2 cup of milk.

Fold the flour

fill 3/4th of the greased muffin cups

Bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Icing
-
Soften 100 gms of butter with a electric beater

Add 1 cup of powdered sugar,1 tsp of vanilla and mix
-
Add 1 cup of cream and beat together to form a smooth mixture.

Spoon on the cupcakes
