Sweet and sour grilled spicy fish fillet with smoky flavor

Marination

  • 500 gm Fish fillet
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • 1 tbsp Chili flakes
  • Dried Italian mixed seasonings (dried oregano,rosemary,basil,parsley,garlic)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Kashmiri chilly powder (a pinch)

Vegetables

  • 1/2 cup Chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup Chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup Chopped capsicum

Instructions

Preparation

  1. Marinate the fish with all the above ingredients.

  2. preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  3. put the marinated fish and the vegetables  in the baking tray and bake it in the oven  at 170 degree Celsius for 20 minutes.
  4. Turn the fish on the other side,pour some more marinate remaining  and bake for another 15 minutes.
  5. Grill it now for another 10 minutes.
  6. Decorate with lemon slices and serve it with vegetable salad .
