4 to 5potatoes
2tbsp.light soy sauce
1tbsp.dark soy sauce
2green bell peppers finely chopped
2onions cut in to big pieces
4 to 5garlic finely chopped
1tbsp.oyster sauceoptional
1cupcornflour
Instructions
Cut the potatoes into wedges.
marinate the potatoes with salt .
Coat them with cornflour and deep fry till crispy.
