Boil spinach with little saltĀ and garlic till tender

Drain the water.

Grind the spinach with green chilies and garlic.

Boil eggs and cut into halves.

Heat oil in a pan

Add whole spices cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. fry

Add and Saute the ground spinach in the oil.

Add 1/4 cup of water if required.

Adjust salt.

Add boiled eggs and mix ligthly

Cover cook for 5 minutes in slow heat

Separately fry onions in oil till crisp and brown.

Add with the curry and mix.

Serve hot with roti, parathas or rice.
