5 to 6Cleaned Prawns
7 to 8Garlic cloves minced and crushed
1/2 tbsp Gingergrated
1Capsicumone chopped
1 tbspBrown rice vinegar or lemon juice
2 tbspDark soya sauce
1 tbspRed wine
2 to 3Green chilliesslit
1 tspsugar
1/2 tbspCorn flour mixed with 4 tbsps of water.

Preparation
Marinate the prawns with salt,red wine and lemon juice for 15 to 20 minutes.
Add a tbsp of oil in the pan
Add sugar,let it caramellize
Add garlic ,saute and add capsicum.Let it get cooked for few minutes
Add soya sauce and green chillies.
Add the prawns with the marinate.Let it get coated evenly.
Add the corn flour mixture and cook until it forms a nice thick gravy kind of consistency.[lot of gravy is not preferred].
