Grind the ingredients from 2 to 5 in the grinder and add salt , lemon juice and mint leaves and marinate the prawns for 15 minutes.
Add black pepper and ajwain powder to the mixture and mix.
Arrange the prawns and vegetables alternately into skewers and drizzle marinades and oil on them.
grill in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes till the veggies are cooked well.
