Prawns with basil leaves and lime are a magic combo. They cause a explosion of flavors in your dish. Use fresh basil leaves if you have.I used dried basil.

Ingredients
Prawns deveined and shelled8 to 10
Basil leaves4 to 5
Lime juice1 lime
Lime jest1/2 tsp
Tomatoes2 pureed in grinder
Garlic7 to 8 small cloves or 2 big cloves crushed
Green chillies2 to 3 chopped
Black peppercrushed fresh
Dried basil1/2 tsp
Chili flakes1 tsp
Cornflour1 tsp
Instructions
Preparation
Marinate the prawns in salt and lime juice for at least 10 minutes.
In a tbsp of oil add crushed garlic ,followed by tomato till the tomato is cooked and does not smell raw
Add the prawns and salt as per taste.
Add green chillies, hand torn basil leaves and lime zest cover cook for 5 minutes in low flame.
Add chilly flakes and mix.
Dissolve 1 tsp cornflour in little water and add to the pan.
Cook till it forms a nice sauce of medium consistency.
Just before taking out add black pepper roughly crushed and serve hot with rice.Garnish with basil leaves.
