Mottichoor ladoo roll topped with rabdi and sprinkle kesar

Ingredients

*mottichoor ladoo rolls with rabdi* Broken Mottichoor ladoo 1 cup Rabdi. 1/2 cup Kesar. Rabdi Milk. 1 ltr Khoya 100 gms Sugar 1 cup Cardamom powder Mix everything and boiling till it\'s thick like rabdi Bread dough. 2 cups maida 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup water Yeast. 1 tbsp Ghee 1 tbsp Mix everything and make dough and keep it for proofing

Instructions

Method. Roll the bread dough with rolling pin half inch thick. Spread mottichoor ladoo evenly. Roll it and cut it into rounds and keep it in the flat dish. Leave some gap between the rounds. Let it proof for 20 mins and the bake for 25 mins on 200° Remove from the oven and let it come to room temperature . Then pourbthe rabri on top , garnish with kesar and sprinkle some Motti choor boondi. And serve
