At first, boil the milk in a pan on high flame. Once it starts boiling, lower the flame. Then churn the milk to make it thicker for 10 mins. Then, pour 4 table spoon of milk powder and 2 table spoon of sugar. Once all the milk powder and sugar is dissolved turn off the gas. Add some rose water and saffron in it, mix it well. Allow it to cool. Then ,transfer it into small pots and garnish with dry fruits and refrigerate it for an hour. Now, it\'s ready to serve.
