Butter fish fry Bengali recipe

It is a popular street food in Kolkata. We call it Benfish and believe me I have tried all possible means to find out this secret recipe but in vain. At last I had read it from a Web page and added my own innovations to make this recipe which tastes 90% as good as that of the actual fry which I used to love when I was a child. I can't vouch for its health benefits except that it is a fish recipe and I used whole wheat flour instead of Maida(refined wheat flour)But it is very tempting and extremely good to taste.
