Pork meatballs in cranberry sauce
These are soft meatballs ,crispy on the outside coated in a sweet tart and spicy sauce

chopped onions

chopped green chilies

Ingredients for cranberry sauce

cup
dried US cranberries

4 to 5
medium garlic cloves

tsp
Kashmiri chili powder

tbsp.
of roasted sesame oil

tsp
soy sauce

1
tsp
gochujang sauce
optional

tbsp.
brown sugar

Salt to taste

Preparations of the meatballs
-
Combine all the ingredients of the meatballs

Make small balls
-
Deep fry them till crisp on the outside

Preparations of the sauce
-
Puree the dried US cranberries
-
heat the sesame oil
-
Fry the garlic
-
Add the cranberry puree
-
Add chili powder
-
Add salt , sugar and sauté
-
Add 2 tbsp. water and mix thoroughly.

Add the meat balls and coat them.
-
Cool the meat balls.
-
Pass them through the skewers.
-
Char them directly over fire.

Serve hot.
