These are soft meatballs ,crispy on the outside coated in a sweet tart and spicy sauce

Ingredients

  • Ingredients for meatballs
  • 200 gm Ground pork
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. ginger garlic paste
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 chopped green chilies
  • 1 tsp Kosher salt
  • Ingredients for cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup dried US cranberries
  • 4 to 5 medium garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
  • 1 tbsp. of roasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp gochujang sauce optional
  • 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preparations of the meatballs
  2. Combine all the ingredients of the meatballs
  3. Make small balls
  4. Deep fry them till crisp on the outside
  5. Preparations of the sauce
  6. Puree the dried US cranberries
  7. heat the sesame oil
  8. Fry the garlic
  9. Add the cranberry puree
  10. Add chili powder
  11. Add salt , sugar and sauté
  12. Add 2 tbsp. water and mix thoroughly.
  13. Add the meat balls and coat them.
  14. Cool the meat balls.
  15. Pass them through the skewers.
  16. Char them directly over fire.
  17. Serve hot.
