This is a grilled prawn recipe which can be served as a started, full of fruity flavor from the pineapple, sweet and tangy.
It is also very delicious from the coconut present in the spices.

500gm medium sized prawns
Spices
4 to 5garlic cloves
2-inchginger
2 to 3green chilies
1lemon grass stalk
3slicesof pineapple
1lemon juiced.
1/2cupdried grated coconut.
1tbspred chili powder
1tbspmixture of cinnamoncloves and cardamom in equal quantities.
1tbspvegetable oil or mustard oil

Squared slices of pineapples
Slicesof onion
square pieces of capsicum
Cut tomatoes into big chunks.

Preparations
Make a mixture of all ingredients into a paste.
Add lemon juice.
Add salt. Marinate the prawns for 15 to 20 minutes.
Marinate the vegetables also with these spices.
Pass through the wooden skewers alternating prawns with vegetables.
Drizzle with oil
Grill at 170 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes
Take out the skewers when the prawn and vegetables are tender, and water has dried out.
Char them directly on the flame.
You can serve them with green chutney hot with raw onions on the side.
