Marinate the seafood in salt and lemon juice for at least an hour. Cook the pasta as per instructions with little salt till tender but firm to bite.
Boil the tomatoes in water till soft.
Plunge them in cold water and peel the skin and de-seed them.
Blend in the mixer with green chili and garlic into a smooth paste.
Add 2 tbsp of olive oil.
Add the tomato garlic paste and a tbsp of red chili powder or paprika and sauté till the raw smell goes away.
Add the seafood and sauté till it becomes tender.
Add oregano and dried basil and sauté.
Add the pasta and cook and mix on medium flame. If you think the sauce is becoming dry, you can add 1/2 cup of water and cover cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve hot.
