Orecchiette with tomato paste and brinjals
This is ear lobed shaped pasta called Orecchiette home made with semolina and flour.

Making pasta

Make a firm dough with all ingredients of the flour.

Boil them in water till chewy and tender.

fry eggplants, bell peppers and garlic

Boil tomatoes and made a paste

Fry the tomato paste.
