How to make vegetable masala omelette
This is a colorful omelette made with vegetables and spices, filling and nutritious.

Ingredients

Eggs

beetroot grated.

carrot grated.

Coriander leaves
a handful

Garlic
3 to 4

chili flakes
as per taste

cumin powder
1/2 tbsp

Salt as per taste

Ginger julienne
1/2 tbsp
Preparation

Beat 3 eggs separately with salt.

Add cumin powder, chili flakes and grated beetroot.

Add ginger and grated carrots into another beaten egg

Add paste of coriander and garlic into the third egg.

Add 2 tbsp of oil in the nonstick pan.

Add the egg with beetroot in the middle, spread it.

Add the egg with the carrot surrounding it.
-
Finish it with the green egg mixture forming a green border.

Cover and cook it for some time or flip it over and cook.

Cut it into pieces and pack them into snacks boxes.

You can serve it as a family breakfast with bread toast.
