Egg muffin cup recipe
This is a baked egg recipe which is baked in a muffin mold with all spices and can be served between burger breads for a healthy breakfast

Preparation

Scramble the eggs with all the ingredients.

Grease the muffin pans.

Add little batter in all the muffin pans and fill them 3/4th.

Place them on a baking tray filled with 1/2 cup water.

Bake them in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes till they are cooked from inside

Serve them sandwiched inside toasted brown bread slices or burger buns .Drizzle mustard sauce and tomato ketchup.
