Egg muffin cup recipe

This is a baked egg recipe which is baked in a muffin mold with all spices and can be served between burger breads for a healthy breakfast

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cup Onions 1 cup chopped
  • 2 . Green chilies 2 chopped finely
  • handful Coriander leaves 5 to 6 chopped
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder a pinch
  • 1 tsp Ginger julienne finely 1 tsp

Instructions

Preparation

  1. Scramble the eggs with all the ingredients.
  2. Grease the muffin pans.
  3. Add little batter in all the muffin pans and fill them 3/4th.
  4. Place them on a baking tray filled with 1/2 cup water.
  5. Bake them in a preheated  oven for 15 to 20 minutes till they are cooked from inside
  6. Serve them sandwiched inside toasted brown bread slices or burger buns .Drizzle mustard sauce and tomato ketchup.
