Edamame dumplingsĀ
These are potato starch dumplings stuffed with creamy edamame, vegan and gluten free.

Filling

Ground edamame beans with black peppers, garlic and salt.

Add roasted sesame oil and mix
Wrapper

Add boiling water to the potato flour and mix, knead together to form a chewy dough.

Make small balls.
-
Flatten to form to form discs
-
Place 1 TSP of filling at the center

Seal the dumpling.

Steam for 29 minutes
Dipping sauce
-
Boil the content of sauce till honey gets caramelized.

Add chopped green chilies and chives.

Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds.
