Kairi gosht recipe
This is a Parsi recipe where the mutton is cooked with spices and ripe mango .

Preparation

Marinate mutton with curd and green chili paste
-
Add a tempering of cumin seeds and red chilies
-
Fry onions and ginger garlic paste
-
Add red chili and turmeric powder
-
Add potato and raw papaya pieces
-
Add the mutton pieces and mangoes, and cover and cook for 30 mins

Add milk to the gravy
-
Sprinkle garam masala
-
Pressure cook or cover cook till the mutton is tender
