Baked thekua recipe

It's a traditional Indian snacks recipe, similar to cookies prepared during chhath puja traditionally in the states of Bihar and Jharkhand, Eastern part of India with wholesome ingredients. Traditionally this is deep fried, but I have baked the dish for health reasons.
