Banana and barley flour eggless waffle

For Waffles

  • 1 cup Barley flour
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup water.
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp banking powder

For chocolate sauce

  • 100 gm chocolate
  • 1 cup fresh soy cream



  1. Grease the waffle mold.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into the mold.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees in a preheated oven.
  4. For the sauce melt the chocolates and mix the hot cream into it.Stir till it forms a thick sauce.
  5. Pour over the hot waffles and serve.
