1.Marinate the chicken pieces with salt and lemon juice for 20 to 30 minutes

2.Add 1 tbsp of oil in the wok and stir fry the chicken pieces till cooked.

3.grind garlic and green chilies into paste.

4.Add 2 tbsp of oil in another pan and stir fry onion and capsicum.

5.Add soy sauce ,green chilies,red chilly flakes and pepper and salt to taste.

6.Add lemon juice and stir.

7.Add mango pieces and chicken.

8.Cook till mango pieces are blended into the dish.

9.Add dried basil leaves and ginger.

10.Add 1/2 tbsp of sugar and 1 tbsp of lemon juice.Cook till the mixture dries and capsicum is soft and cooked .

11.Serve hot with any flat breads or fried rice .
