Strain the dry ingredients and mix them with a spoon

grind bananas and spinach into a paste in the grinder.

Mix lemon juice ,oil and vanilla with a spatula.

Add the spinach and banana paste. and beat lightly to form a thick airy mixture

fold the dry ingredient mixture lightly into this liquid with a spatula,till the mixture is uniform.

Grease the muffin mold.

Pour this mixture in the muffin molds till 3/4th full.

Into each muffin insert a chocolate cube at the center and even the top with a spatula.

Bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 degrees.

Serve at room temperature.
