  • 500 gm chicken
  • 10 to 12 Green chillies
  • 1 bunch coriander leaves
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 5 to 6 garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger grated
  • 3 tbsp mustard oil
  • salt to taste

  1. Make a paste of coriander leaves
  2. Make a paste of green chilies after removing the seeds.
  3. Heat oil Fry chopped onions till golden.
  4. Add ginger and chopped garlic and fry.
