Guava Kiwi Smoothie

Guava is very helpful for those who want to lose weight without compromising upon their diet . Guava is very high in roughage and rich in vitamins, proteins and minerals, but it has no cholesterol and a low number of digestible carbohydrates. It is a is very filling fruit and satisfies the appetite very easily.So today I share a recipe of Guava kiwi smoothie which contains no sugar by kiwi pulp is added to improve the color and enhance the taste.

  • 1 Ripe guava
  • 1 and 1/2 cup Club Soda
  • 2 tbsps Kiwi pulp
  • Rock salt as per taste



  1. Grind guava in a blender.

  2. If the mixture is dry add soda and blend again.

  3. Strain through a strainer

  4. Add chilled club soda

  5. Add kiwi crush and mix

  6. Serve in glass.
