Guava is very helpful for those who want to lose weight without compromising upon their diet . Guava is very high in roughage and rich in vitamins, proteins and minerals, but it has no cholesterol and a low number of digestible carbohydrates. It is a is very filling fruit and satisfies the appetite very easily.So today I share a recipe of Guava kiwi smoothie which contains no sugar by kiwi pulp is added to improve the color and enhance the taste.
Grind guava in a blender.
If the mixture is dry add soda and blend again.
Strain through a strainer
Add chilled club soda
Add kiwi crush and mix
Serve in glass.
