Buns

Warm milk

Dissolve 2 tbsp of sugar

Soak 25 gm of dried yeast for 10 to 15 minutes

The mixture will become frothy

Strain flour
-
Add melted butter and mix

Add the yeast mixture and mix well

Add a tsp of salt and knead together

Using an electric beater knead the dough for 5 minutes

Till the dough doesnt feel sticky any more.
Strawberry Jam

Chop the strawberries

Add sugar and strawberries in a pan and heat in a low flame.

Stir the mixture till it thickens

Pour the mixture into a glassjar and cool
Butter cream frosting

Soften the butter with a beater

Add the sugar and cream the mixture

Add condensed milk and whisk

till stiff peaks are formed
Assembling

Fill jams inside

Fill an icing bag with the butter cream
