Dough

  • 4 cups refined flour
  • 25 gm yeast
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Strawberry jam

  • 100 gm strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar

Butter Cream

  • 100 gm Salted butter
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 to 3 tbsp Condensed milk

Instructions

Buns

  1. Warm milk
  2. Dissolve 2 tbsp of sugar
  3. Soak 25 gm of dried yeast for 10 to 15 minutes
  4. The mixture will become frothy
  5. Strain flour
  6. Add melted butter and mix
  7. Add the yeast mixture and mix well
  8. Add a tsp of salt and knead together
  9. Using an electric beater knead the dough for 5 minutes
  10. Till the dough doesnt feel sticky any more.

Strawberry Jam

  1. Chop the strawberries
  2. Add sugar and strawberries in a pan and heat in a low flame.
  3. Stir the mixture till it thickens
  4. Pour the mixture into a glassjar and cool

Butter cream frosting

  1. Soften the butter with a beater
  2. Add the sugar and cream the mixture
  3. Add condensed milk and whisk
  4. till stiff peaks are formed

Assembling

  1. make slunt cuts on the small buns
  2. Fill jams inside
  3. Fill an icing bag with the butter cream
  4. Decorate with star nozzle
