2cupsof chopped spinach
2 to 3cupsof whole wheat flour
Fresh creamaround 1 cup may vary
Saltas per taste
Cumin powder1 tbsp
Red Chily powder1 tbsp
Green chillies1 chopped
Carom seeds1/2 tsp
Garlic1 to 2 optional

Preparation
Boil the spinach and garlic in water( for 2 to 3 minutes ) with little salt Don't over cook
Strain and grind into a paste.
Make a dough with all the ingredients mentioned above.
Instead of water ,use fresh cream ,if the dough is too dry.
The dough should be soft but firm.Add more flour if needed.
Make small balls and roll into round breads.
Cook over hot pan till both the sides are cooked ,brush butter or ghee on both the sides while cooking.
