Crispy chicken fry

This is a crunchy fried chicken recipe which you can quickly make during any time of the day.The chicken is first marinated and then coated with a crispy coating followed by deep fry in oil.Kids will love it.

Ingredients for marination

  • 500 gm chicken with bones or chicken legs
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Red chili powder
  • 2 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley leaves

Ingredients for the coating

  • 2 Egg
  • 2 cups refined flour
  • Salt



  1. Marinate the chicken with the ingredients for marination for 2 hours.
  2. Combine flour and eggs with salt till crumbly.
  3. roll the chicken in this crumbly mixture till uniformly coated.
  4. Refrigerate for around 2 hours.
  5. deep fry in hot oil in medium heat.
  6. Serve hot with onion rings
