Instructions

Marinate the prawns with all ingredients including curd ,turmeric powder and sliced green chilies.

Heat oil

add crushed whole spices
-
Add the prawns with marinate.

Add salt and sugar
-
Simmer for 10 minutes.

When prawn become opaque ,take them out
-
Add 1/2 cup of water
-
Add garam masala powder and reduce till the oil is seen

Add the prawns and mix ,cook for 2 minutes for flavors to marry.
