Baked mango yogurt
This is a very easy and quick recipe and very versatile to serve during any celebration as well as casual get together.

Ingredients

of unsweetened curd or yogurt

cup
of fresh cream

1
cup
of condensed milk

3/4
th cup of mango puree

1/2
tsp
of vanilla
optional
Preparation

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius

Mix everything into a bowl.

Beat with an electric beater lightly.

Pour the mixture into ramekins
-
Place in a tray filled with water.

Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes or till the top is set.

Chill for an hour before serving it.
