  • 1 cup of unsweetened curd or yogurt
  • 1 cup of fresh cream
  • 1 cup of condensed milk
  • 3/4 th cup of mango puree
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla optional

Instructions

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius
  2. Mix everything into a bowl.
  3. Beat with an electric beater lightly.
  4. Pour the mixture into ramekins
  5. Place in a tray filled with water.
  6. Bake at 200 degrees for 15 minutes or till the top is set.
  7. Chill for an hour before serving it.
