These are healthy filling snacks which you can serve with any ketchup or chutney of your choice. Millets are good for gut health and said to improve liver and kidney functioning.

For batter

finger millet flour

pearl millet flour

of chickpea flour

garlic chopped
green chilies 3 to 4

curd
A handful of coriander leaves finely chopped.
salt to taste
For frying

⁄4 cup clarified butter or oil

Preparations
Make a batter with all the ingredients combined
Heat clarified butter in the pan
Add 1 ladle of thick batter and spread
Cover cook for 2 mins in low flame.
Flip over and cook till crisp on both sides
