Vegetarian dairy free vegan pancakes made of yellow lentils prepared in Korean style with spices

Moong dal soaked for 4 to 5 hours

Garlic finely chopped

Kimchi or 1/2 cup shredded cabbage

Soy sauce2 tbsp. Gochujang paste or red chili paste

Rice vinegar

Salt to taste

Oil for frying
Preparations

Make a coarse paste of moong dal
-
Add kimchi ,chili paste and soy sauce etc. in the batter.

Add little water if required

Heat the pan with oil
-
Add the dal batter with a round ladle.

fry in low heat till crispy and golden brown on both sides.

Serve with your favorite ketchup
