This is a one pot meal with macaroni pasta, layered with vegetables cooked in a creamy tomato based spicy red sauce aromatic with Mediterranean herbs and topped with crispy chicken nuggets and baked with loads of cheese.

Main Ingredient

  • 1 packet of Godrej Yummiez masala chicken nuggets

Pasta and sauce

  • 100 gm of macaroni boiled.
  • 2 to matoes boiled and peeled
  • 4 to 5 garlic boiled
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 spicy red chili chopped
  • 1 tbsp. cayenne pepper.
  • A handful of fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 cup of fresh cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated cheese.
  • Boiled vegetables broccoli, capsicum, baby corn, carrots, mushrooms
  • 1 cup of chopped zucchini
  • 2 onions finely chopped

Garnish

  • 6 to 8 cherry tomatoes halved
  • handful basil leaves chopped

  1. Fry the chicken nuggets on medium to high heat till crispy
  2. Puree the tomatoes and garlic into a smooth paste
  3. Sauce

Fry onions

  1. Add tomato garlic puree
  2. Add cayenne pepper
  3. Add salt to taste
  4. Add the zucchini and sauté
  5. Add the boiled vegetables and sauté
  6. Add the cream and mix
  7. Add chopped basil leaves
  8. Add dried oregano

Layering

  1. Preheat oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes
  2. Take a square cake mold or a deep baking dish
  3. Layer the bottom with sauce and vegetables
  4. Add a layer of boiled macaroni
  5. Alternate with sauce and macaroni
  6. Top with chicken nuggets
  7. Finish with grated cheese
  8. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and basil leaves
  9. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 200 degree Celsius
