  • 1 cup Black sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup Jaggery melted
  • 1/4 cup Ground nuts

  1. Roast the black sesame seeds on a wok till aromaticRoast the ground nuts separately
  2. grind the sesame seeds with the nuts into a coarse powder
  3. Melt jaggery in a pan
  4. Add the ground seeds
  5. Let it cool a bit
  6. Wet your palms and make small balls out of them.
  7. Store in a bottle outside or in refrigerator.
