Scrambled chicken with green peas
Scrambled chicken also makes a quick and healthy delicacy in few minutes. With just a few ingredients, its a quick recipe that kids and adults will love.

Ingredients

boneless Chicken cut into small pieces

Onions finely chopped

flakes Garlic finely chopped

Ginger finely chopped
salt as per taste
Green peas 1 cup
milk 1/2 cup
optional
5 to 6
Green chilies chopped
Instructions
Grind the chicken roughly in a mixture grinder with all the ingredients except onions.
Add 2 tbsp. of oil in a wok.
Add the roughly minced chicken.
Cook for 5 minutes
Add a tbsp. of lemon juice and mix.
Don't make it very dry. If the mixture becomes very dry add some milk.
Serve with Roti or tortillas or bread.
