Scrambled Chicken with green peas

Everybody loves scrambled eggs.But scrambled chicken also makes a quick and healthy delicacy in few minutes.With just a few ingredients, its a quick recipe that kids and adults will love.

250 grams boneless Chicken cut into small pieces
2  Onions finely chopped
10 flakes Garlic finely chopped
1 inch Ginger finely chopped
salt as per taste
Green peas 1 cup
milk 1/2 cup(optional)
5 to 6 Green chilies chopped


1. ground the chicken roughly in a mixture grinder with all the ingredients except onions.
2.Add 2 tbsps of oil in a wok.
3.Add the roughly minced chicken.
4. Cook for 5 minutes
5. Add a tbsp of lemon juice and mix.
6. Don’t make it very dry.If the mixture becomes very dry add some milk.
7. Serve with Roti or tortillas or bread.
