Green Peas are among the most easily digestible beans, and are thus an important source of protein for vegetarians. It is rich in carotenoids and in antioxidants. It has healing properties also. In winter tender fresh peas are available in abundance and you can use them in variety of ways .Preparing a recipe with green peas is also enjoyable for me as I involve my daughter in shelling them. This recipe prepares 4 to 5 stuffed Indian bread which you can enjoy with fresh curd or any dips of your choice. In case ajwain( carom seeds) is not available you can use thyme which also smells the same as both contains thymol.
