  • 10 to12 pea pods peels
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 2 tbsp. corn flour
  • 1/4 cup chickpea flour
  • Salt to taste


  1. Clean the pea peels
  2. Make a batter of rice flour, corn flour and chickpea flour.
  3. Heat oil in the pan
  4. Dip the pea peels in the flour batter and deep fry.
