Ingredients
Boneless chicken 200 gm
Lemon juice1/4th cup
Sugar2 tbsp.
Vinegar1 tsp
Sea saltas per taste
Fresh cream or sour cream1/2 cup
Mayonnaise1/2 cup
Dried tarragon1 tbsp.
Green chilies2 chopped into fine pieces
Red chili flakes1 tbsp.
Pineapple pieces1 cup
Onionschopped 1/2 cup
White pepper1 tbsp.
tarragon dried2 to 3 tbsp.
iceburg lettuce1 bunch
Onion stocks or spring onions1/4th cup
Tomatoes1 chopped
Instructions
Add the boneless chicken pieces to a bowl of cold water with a little salt and heat it until boiling for few minutes and the chicken looks white and cooked.
Turn off the fire and allow the chicken pieces to cool in the water.
Take it out after sometimes and shred with hands
Make a liquid marinate with lemon juice and sugar and tarragon and marinate the chicken for 5 minutes.
Make a dressing with white pepper ,sour cream and mayonnaise.
Arrange the lettuce inside the bowl and on that add onions, green chilies and pineapple pieces.
Add shredded chicken and on that pour the cream dressing.
Sprinkle some tarragon chilly flakes and sea salt on top.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour.
