Japanese style vegetarian sushi roll with seasoned sticky rice avocado and vegetables, served with sweet soy sauce .

Instructions for sushi roll

Wash soaked sushi rice and boil with 1 cup of water , till soft.(pressure cook till 1 whistle)

Season with salt vinegar and salt ,

Cut avocados into strips
-
Spread seasoned rice on nori sheet on bamboo mat

Place cucumber carrots and avocados.

Drizzle mayo with a piping bag
-
Roll tightly
-
Cut into slices
-
Drizzle some spicy mayo and toasted sesame seeds

Serve with sweet soy sauce

Boil all the ingredients till sugar dissolves and caramellizes.
