These are potato flour dumplings stuffed with minced chicken. Potato flour brings a semi translucent and chewy texture to the dumplings. I added refined flour to create ome forms of bindings to the dough making it easier to work

1cuppotato flour
2/3cup refined flour
100gm minced chicken
2shallots
3small garlic cloves
Spring onions
2chopped green chilies

Preparation
Add boiling water to potato flour and mix
Add refined flour and make a workable dough
Add all the chopped vegetables and salt to chicken
Make small balls if dough
Flatten it and place 1 tsp of mixture at the centre
Seal the mixture with mixtures giving a half moon shape
Steam these dumplings for 15 to 20 minutes
Sprinkle chopped spring onions and roasted sesame seeds
