Rice paper rolls with bean sprouts and tofu
These are vietnamese rice paper rolls gluten free and dairy free, all vegetarian

Rice paper roll

Soak the rice papers in warm water
-
saute the vegetables in oilve oil with 1 tsp soy sauce till theu are tender
-
Keep some raw bean sprouts aside
-
fry the tofu till crispy
-
soak the glass noodles in hot water and rinse
-
Lay down the soaked rice paper.

layer with lettuce, sauted veggies,beansprouts , tofu ,glass noodles and avocado
-
Roll the rice paper folded on both sides to seal.

Dip them in the peanut dipping sauce and eat fresh
