  • 4 to 5 rice papers
  • Handful bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup carrots strips
  • 1/2 cup beans chopped
  • 1 Avocado chopped
  • 100 gms tofu
  • glass noodles
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

peanut sauce

  • 1 cup groundnuts
  • 2 to 3 red chilies
  • 4 o 5 soaked dates
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • Salt to taste

Rice paper roll

  1. Soak the rice papers in warm water
  2. saute the vegetables in oilve oil with 1 tsp soy sauce till theu are tender
  3. Keep some raw bean sprouts aside
  4. fry the tofu till crispy
  5. soak the glass noodles in hot water and rinse
  6. Lay down the soaked rice paper.
  7. layer with lettuce, sauted veggies,beansprouts , tofu ,glass noodles and avocado
  8. Roll the rice paper folded on both sides to seal.
  9. Dip them in the peanut dipping sauce and eat fresh

Dipping sauce

  1. Grind all the ingredients till smooth
