Spicy Orange mouse tart
Dark chocolate 2 cupCream 1 cupFresh orange juice jelly 1 cupFresh orange juice 1/4 cupOrange rind 1 tbspred chilli flakes 1/2 tspChocolate short crust pastry 350 gms
1. Roll the pastry dought and set it in a 9 inch pie dish and refrigerate till it\\\'s set and frozen . Then bake this tart for 15 mins on 180° till it\\\'s cooked and set well. Take it out and bring it to room temperature. Pour jelly with orange zest till 1 inch and keep it in the fridge till its set. 2. Melt the chocolate with milk and chilli flakes. Mix it well lightly, strain and keep it aside. 3. Beat cream till it comes to soft peeks. Then add the melted chocolate, orange juice and whip it well. Pour this chocolate on the jelly set tart. And keep it in the fridge till it\\\'s nicely set. 4. Top it with grilled orange slices, orange jelly and orange rind . Set it in the fridge and serve cold
