These muffins are quick and handy to prepare when it comes to pack snacks for your kids or feed your child’s friends or organize tea party for friends. Even kids can prepare them quickly with assistance from parents regarding handling the hot oven with care. I used Fabsta’s digestive biscuits pack for these. Fabsta is the newest TATA brand for food & beverages, available at Star Bazaar.
Ingredients
- 2 cups of Digestive biscuits
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4th cup sugar(optional)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder(optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup curd
- 10 muffin molds greased
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 cup dark chocolate chopped
Preparation
- Grind the biscuits finely
- fold the ingredients together lightly to form a uniform mixture
- Add the chopped chocolates at the last
- Spoon into muffin cups
- Bake in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes at 200 degrees
- Cool and the demold and serve with any beverage.
- They are gooey , chocolaty and moist
