Ganpati festival  is a major Hindu Festival, which is celebrated for honoring the God Ganesha, because he is  the remover of the obstacles in our life. During Ganesh chaturthi we make varieties of modak as offerings to the God.Modak is a sweet which we offer to the Lord. This time during the puja at home I made modak shaped date and chocolate truffles.I did not use any moulds so the shape may not be great. But it tastes great.
