MODAK SHAPED CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

Ganpati festival  is a major Hindu Festival, which is celebrated for honoring the God Ganesha, because he is  the remover of the obstacles in our life. During Ganesh chaturthi we make varieties of modak as offerings to the God.Modak is a sweet which we offer to the Lord.This time during the puja at home I made modak shaped date and chocolate truffles.I did not use any moulds so the shape may not be great.But it tastes great.

Ingredients
1.White chocolate (125 gms)
2.Orange cream biscuits (around 20)
3.Dark chocolate (50 gms)
4.Seedless Dates (50 gms)
Preparation
1. Melt white and dark chocolates separately.
2.Crush the biscuits
3.Mix the ingredients together to form a dough.
4.Give the shape of modak.
5.Refrigerate .

6.Dust with white chocolate shavings and serve
