Potato Fish balls with spicy peanut sauce

These are wonderful starters which I made specially for the Foodies+ community Tapas month.
I have like minded ,sweet  friends in the community  who appreciate and try recipes and share their knowledge about various International cuisines.Above all I really love to post here and browse recipes in the cookbook.
This recipe is dedicated to the community.
I often make fish balls but these are really tasty as I combined potatoes with them.They have become a soft melt into mouth starters which is crunchy outside.For bread crumbs I used whole wheat breads and I always make my own fresh breadcrumbs at home..So here are the ingredients for the dish

1. Basa fillet (400 gm)
2.Potatoes (2 to 3)
3.Garlic (5 to 6 chopped)
4.Coriander leaves (a clean bunch with stalk)
5.Green chilies (2)
6.Black pepper freshly crushed(1 tbsp)
7.Oregano (1/2 tbsp)
8.Dried basil or fresh basil chopped(1 tbsp)
9.Lemon juice or vinegar (1 tbsp)
10.Salt to taste
11.Egg(1)
12.3 to 4 whole wheat bread or 1/2 cup bread crumb

Making the mixture

1.Boil potatoes and mash.
2.Mix all the ingredients from 1 to 10 except egg and bread and grind in the mixer.
3.Add egg and mix.
4.Micro the breads in the microwave in full power for 4 minutes.
5.Grind the breads to form fresh bread crumbs.
6.Mix the fresh bread crumbs to the mixture.
7.Wet your hand to form small balls.
8.Heat 2 cups oil in the wok.
9.Directly add the balls in hot oil till they are brown and crispy.

Peanut sauce

Ingredients

1.1 cup peanuts (shelled with the seed cover) or roasted and peeled
2.1/2 cup coriander leaves
3.Tomatoes (2)
4.Cashewnuts(4 to 5)
5.Green chilies(2 )
6.Red chillies whole(3 to 4)
7.Onions (1 cup)
8.Garlic (7 to 8 cloves)
9.Salt to taste

Preparation
1.Grind the ingredients into a smooth paste.
2.Add a tbsp of oil in the pan and add the paste and cover cook for few minutes.
3.Add 1 cup water according to the consistency of sauce you like.
4.cook and saute  again for few minutes.
5.Drizzle over the hot fish balls and serve
