Cilantro stuffed Jalapinos(bharwa dhaniya Mirchi)
1.7 to 8 jalapinos
2.one bunch cilantro or dhania
3.garlic(4 to 5 cloves)
4.Salt (a pinch)
5.Chilli flakes (1/2 tsp) optional
6.1 cup gram flour
7.1/4th cup water
8.Oil for deep fry
9.Corn flour for coating(1/2 cup)
Preparing the Jalapinos
1.Slit the Jalapenos from the middle .
2.De-seed them completely.[this will remove the heat from them]
Preparing the stuffing
1.grind the cilantro with garlic and salt.
2.Add chilly flakes.
Preparing the Batter
1.Add water to the gram flour and make a thick batter.
2.Add little salt.
1.Stuff the Jalapenos with the above stuffing
2.Dip the jalapenos into the batter and take out
3.smear it with corn flour and keep aside.
4.Repeat the steps for all the Jalapinos
5.Heat the oil in a wok .
6.Add the jalapenos in the hot oil and deep fry them in medium heat.
Note.You should take care of the salt content.The cilantro paste tends to absorb more salt.
