If you have some overripe bananas sitting idle in your refrigerator ,you can make some delicious use of them in this recipe.Adding caramel in this cookie takes the recipe to a new level of uniqueness. The combination is like a match made in heaven and you will continue to lick your fingers long after they disappear. These are easy and a good project to cook with kids. But the caramel you need to make yourself as it is difficult and unsafe to be handled by kids for the high temperature required.
