These potatoes are crispy than usual french fries and the fish fillets are coated with these instead of bread.
Ingredients
1.Fish fillets(basa OR salmon or haddock)
2.Ginger garlic paste(1 tbsp)
3.Lemon juice (1 lemon)
4.Salt (as per taste)
5.Potatoes (3 to 4 grated finely through grater)
6.Cornflour(1 cup)
7.Egg(1)
8.Green chillies(1)

Preparation
1.Cut the fish fillets into rectangular shape.
2.Marinate them with salt,ginger ,garlic and green chillies paste and lemon juice for 15 minutes.
3.Add the grated potatoes in ice cold water and wash them thoroughly to remove stickiness.if needed change water.
4.Then strain the water.wipe the potatoes dry.
5.Dip the fish pieces in beaten egg.
6.Roll them over cornflour and then grated potatoes to coat nicely on all sides.
7.Deep fry in hot oil on medium heat.
8.Fry the leftover potatoes in hot oil on high heat till they all become crispy and brown.
8.Serve hot with ketchup on a bed of crispy fried potatoes.
